A safe space to heal, grow and find balance

You don’t have to go through this alone.

Therapy for Children, Teens, Adults, and Families in DC, Maryland, Virginia, and Maine
Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and it would be my honor to walk alongside you. My goal as your therapist is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as you work toward the life you want. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, uncover your strengths, and find practical ways to move forward.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. I also support parents and families as they adapt to new roles, balance caregiving with personal well-being, and build stronger connections.
Therapy isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about creating the space to heal, learn new skills, and show up more fully in your relationships, work, and life. My approach is compassionate, down to earth, and tailored to meet you exactly where you are.

How I Can Help
I support children, teens, and adults through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy to manage anxiety, process trauma, navigate relationship stress, or adjust to big life transitions. Others seek support with parenting, grief, or simply finding a sense of balance and direction again.
Together, we work on building healthier coping skills, improving communication, strengthening self-esteem, and creating lasting change in the areas that matter most to you.
(These are some of the common areas I help with, though every person’s experience is unique and not limited to this list.)

What Therapy with Me Is Like
Therapy is a place to feel seen and supported. Some sessions focus on reflection and processing, while others focus on skill building and practical steps forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll move at your pace and work together to help you feel grounded, capable, and connected.
